Domain Restructuring The entire domain has been updated. It has been restructured and many of the pages have been recoded to reduce filesize and make everything more cross-browser friendly. But fear not, the actual info is unchanged and will not be removed. I am also in the process of going through the CGI and PHP scripts and either updating them, or listing them as abandon. Abandon ones will still be listed, however there will be no support and no further updates. There is also one or two more new scripts that will be added in the future. |

PHP MySQL Wrapper The PHP MySQL Wrapper has been updated to the newest version I use. This is the MySQL class that I use in for my PHP database projects. I run all my MySQL connections through it because it saves me time and space on my code. I don't have to keep typing the database information and other things like that. It also has shortcut functions because I got tired of escaping data, stripping slashes, building UGLY insert and update queries. I'm sharing this class along with some examples for using it.
Site Structure UpdateThe http://ricocheting.com/perl/ was renamed http://ricocheting.com/scripts/ (although the old /perl/ will still work). This is due to the fact I originally set it up only for Perl/CGI. However, more PHP scripts are in there now that Perl. Directory structure was updated to reflect this. |
